Med denna anbudsförfrågan begär Mariehamns hamn Ab (”Upphandlingsenheten” eller ”Beställaren”) in anbud från företag (”Anbudsgivare”) för byggandet av Västerhamn kaj 1-2 i Mariehamn, i enlighet med anbuds- och entreprenadhandlingarna, vilket inkluderar bland annat tillbyggnad av den befintliga kajen, rivning och demolering av gamla betongkonstruktioner, fyllning av området innan för kajen, asfaltering, kajutrustning samt diverse övriga kajkonstruktioner. För objektet finns även en option, för vilken Klapphusbassängen norr om kaj 1-2 byggs om till kaj enligt handlingarna.
