Description
La présente consultation concerne la fourniture de plantes horticoles, d'arbustes et de sapins. Le marché résulte d'un groupement de commande entre les villes de CLEON, SAINT-AUBIN-LES-ELBEUF, ELBEUF-SUR-SEINE et LA LONDE. Chaque membre adhère en groupement de commandes en adoptant une convention par délibération : ladite convention est applicable dès la signature et prend fin à la notification du marché. Le coordonnateur désigné est la ville de CLEON
