In 2020 is door stichting Waternet een publicatie via Negometrix gedaan om de Groslijst Leidingwerken aan de markt kenbaar te maken. Door een wisseling van tendersoftware bij Waternet, is betreffende publicatie verwijderd. Deze publicatie via Mercell Source-to-Contract is een rectificatie van de publicatie uit 2020. Mogelijke toekomstige rectificaties zullen ook via deze publicatie in Mercell Source-to-Contract.
