Het uit te voeren werk is gelegen op het voormalige Suikerunie terrein in Groningen. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats aan de Oostzijde van het voormalige terrein waar zich de vloeivelden bevinden. Specifiek benoemde locaties van de te verrichten werkzaamheden zijn de Beluchtingsvijver, Eendenvijver en Cascadevijver. Het werk bestaat in hoofdzaak uit: a. Opruimwerkzaamheden; b. Sloopwerkzaamheden; c. Grond ontgraven; d. Grond vervoeren; e. Grond verwerken; f. Zand leveren; g. Aanbrengen voorbelasting; h. Aanbrengen verticale drainage. circa € 5,5 mln
