Description
Dit betreft in hoofdopdracht: het uitvoeren van duurzaam groenonderhoud rond campussen, regio- en klantenkantoren, logistieke gebouwen, eigen ophaalpunten en op terreinen met erfpacht nabij installaties kabeltelevisie. Behoren niet tot de scope van deze raamovereenkomst: het groenaanleg rond nieuwbouw, het groenonderhoud van binnenplanten, winterdiensten op parkings en het groenonderhoud rond netgebonden infrastructuur, grachten en bufferbekkens. In het kader van sociale inclusie en duurzame werkgelegenheid wordt de toegang tot de plaatsingsprocedure voorbehouden aan sociale werkplaatsen en aan ondernemers die de maatschappelijke en professionele integratie van gehandicapten of kansarmen tot doel hebben. En dit overeenkomstig met art. 15 v/d wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17/6/2016. Om toegang te hebben tot de plaatsingsprocedure voor deze raamovereenkomst, moet de inschrijver aan twee cumulatieve voorwaarden voldoen: • De inschrijver moet een onderneming zijn in de zin van artikel 15 van de wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016, i.e. een sociale werkplaats of een onderneming waarvan het doel bestaat in de maatschappelijke en professionele integratie van personen…
