Description
Europees openbare aanbesteding voor groenonderhoud dijkpercelen voor WSRL. In het verleden heeft waterschap Rivierenland ruim 370 hectare dijkhellingen uit in het Rivierengebied uitgegeven via de uitgifte dijkpercelen (UDP). De gronden zijn te gebruiken voor het winnen van gras (twee keer maaien en afvoeren). Het gaat om in totaal 32 dijktrajecten, verspreid over het gehele beheersgebied van Waterschap Rivierenland. De uitgifte gebeurde door middel van onderhoudsovereenkomsten voor 1, 2 of 3 jaar en werden afgesloten met agrarische ondernemers, niet agrarische ondernemers, particulieren en stichtingen. Op 31 december 2024 zijn deze onderhoudsovereenkomsten verlopen en moet het waterschap opnieuw aanbesteden. Naast de uitgifte van de dijkpercelen heeft het waterschap middels diverse Europese aanbestedingen (RAW-systematiek) overeenkomsten per gebied afgesloten met opdrachtnemers voor het reguliere groenonderhoud watergangen en dijken. De verwachting is dat de dijkpercelen de komende jaren zullen worden geïntegreerd in het reguliere groenonderhoud en dijken.
