Het bouwen van een nieuwe onderwijshuisvesting voor MBO onderwijs in het voormalige Tropische Bos van het bestaande onderwijs en sportcomplex Omnium Goes, het realiseren van een nieuwe sporthal met tribune functie en het realiseren van een nieuwe entree aansluitend op de overige ruimten en functies binnen het bestaande Omnium. Het betreft een werk wat binnen een bouwteam uitgewerkt wordt in 2 fasen. Fase I is de Bouwteamfase voor engineering en afstemming tot een TO, fase II is de Uitvoeringsfase voor de realisatie van het werk.
