(Es existieren bereits Entwurfsvarianten). Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf folgende Aspekte gelegt: - Wirtschaftlichkeit / Sparsamkeit - sorgsamer Umgang mit dem Bestand - Nachhaltigkeit / Ressourceneffizienz - bewusster + behutsamer Einsatz von Material und Technik - nachweisbare Reduktion von CO2
