Description
The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for communication services. The procurement shall cover the need for competence within graphic design and idea development for different types of channels/surfaces, including a need for cooperation around creative work, for example, the development of possible campaigns, graphic templates or new forms etc., which the contracting authority does not have access to in their own organisation or where there is an independent need for external task solving.
