Predmet naročila je gradnja vodovoda Besnica s sočasno obnovo štirih cest, pri katerem se upoštevajo okoljski vidiki. Podrobnejše tehnične zahteve v zvezi z zahtevami Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, s spremembami in dopolnitvami) so podane v tehničnih specifikacijah (popis del).
