Description

Dit aanbestedingsdocument heeft betrekking op de openbare Europese aanbesteding die Stichting Vonk houdt ten behoeve van glasvezelverbindingen.  Stichting Vonk boogt een een toekomstbestendige, betrouwbare en uniforme glasvezelinfrastructuur voor alle locaties van Vonk te realiseren. De scope van de opdracht omvat het realiseren, leveren, beheren en onderhouden van een volledig beheerde glasvezelinfrastructuur voor alle huidige en toekomstige locaties van Vonk en omvat tenminste: ·       Alle activiteiten benodigd voor de aanleg van glasvezelverbindingen, migratie van bestaande verbindingen, testen en oplevering. ·       Levering van een beheerde glasvezelverbinding met minimaal 1-10 Gbit/s capaciteit, monitoring, storingsafhandeling en service. ·       Op alle 13 huidige locaties van Vonk, met mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding of inkrimping zonder consequenties voor tarieven. ·       Optionele uitbreidingen: aanvullende bandbreedte, extra locaties, aanvullende netwerkdiensten.
