Description

A new nursing home shall be constructed in Gjemnes municipality in the municipal centre Batnfjorden. A notice is planned for a turnkey contract in medio September 2024. The nursing home is planned as a 24 hour nursing home, as well as a day centre and production kitchen. It is important for Gjemnes municipality and facilitate the competition in the best possible way in terms of sustainability. We would therefore like to invite suppliers to one-to-one meetings in order to get input on how we shall set climate and environmental requirements as the award criteria. The new provision in the procurement regulations §7-9 Climate and environmental considerations in public procurements, valid from 01.01.2024 has now been in effect for approx. 8 months. We would like tenderers ́ input on how these requirements can be set and at the same time ensure real climate and environmental effect.
