Description
De OMWB zoekt een marktpartij voor het leveren, onderhouden en ter beschikking stellen van een GIS/GEO platform oplossing, waarbij wij een goede balans zoeken tussen kwaliteit (klantbeleving), maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen en kosten. De OMWB maakt in haar processen gebruik van locatie gebonden gegevens, ook wel GEO-informatie genoemd. De huidige GEO-informatievoorziening is echter gebaseerd op beperkte middelen, waaronder de toepassingen QGIS en GeoApps. De OMWB wenst de GEO-omgeving door te ontwikkelen en deze in 2024 aan te besteden. OMWB streeft daarbij naar structureel meer samenhang in de bestaande en nieuwe voorzieningen. Het werken met GEO-data vraagt momenteel veel handelingen om data beschikbaar te krijgen voor analyses en presentaties. De GEO-informatievoorziening is onvoldoende geautomatiseerd en gedocumenteerd om GEO-data en informatieproducten op een efficiënte manier actueel te houden. De kennis en ervaring met GIS/GEO is binnen OMWB beperkt. Daarentegen groeit in de organisatie de behoefte (o.a. vanuit data gedreven werken) aan GEO-data en aan de integratie van GEO en business intelligence (BI).
