Description
Moss municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for gift certificates (electronic magnetic cards) that can be used in physical stores. The gift certificates shall not be limited to only one store/chain or shopping centre and must not be able to be redeemable for cash. Gift certificates will mainly be given to employees on the occasion of long service and retirement. Other occasions/purposes may also be relevant.
