Description
Die IHK-Projektgesellschaft mbH Ostbrandenburg (nachfolgend: Auftraggeber) ist Träger des "Regionalen Beratungs- und Qualifizierungsprojektes" zur Förderung von Existenzgründungen und Unternehmensnachfolgen. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Aufnahme potenzieller Auftragnehmer:innen in einen "Pool" von externen Berater:innen für das "Regionale Beratungs- und Qualifizierungsprojekt" in der Stadt Frankfurt (Oder). Im Ergebnis dieses Vergabeverfahrens wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung abgeschlossen. Auf der Grundlage dieser Rahmenvereinbarung werden in der Vertragsausführungsphase Einzelaufträge mit den zum Pool gehörenden Berater:innen abgeschlossen. Das Vergabeverfahren ist in zwei Lose aufgeteilt: - Los 1 umfasst die Durchführung von Orientierungsseminaren (1 Tagwerk) und Gründungsseminaren (3-4 Tagwerke). - Los 2 umfasst die Individuelle Qualifizierung und Einzelberatung (individuelle, entsprechend dem Beratungsbedarf, festgelegte Inhalte und Stundenzahl pro gründungswilliger Person).
