Description
The P4.1 test bench must be extended for new test conditions at DLR Lampoldshausen. Therefore, the systems at the test bench must be modified or newly erected. In this context, three GH2/GOX - burners need to be supplied with gaseous oxygen (GOX), gaseous hydrogen (GH2) and gaseous nitrogen (GN2). The scope of services includes the supply lines, 2 panels, passages and the flexible connections to the burner system. The tender includes the following extensions for the GH2 / GOX burner system: GH2 / GOX Burner GOX Supply; GH2 / GOX Burner GH2 Supply; GH2 / GOX Burner GN2 Supply; The GH2 / GOX burner supply system provides GOX, GH2, GN2 to the GH2 / GOX burners of the test bench exhaust system. The system will be connected to the existing P4.1 gaseous supply systems. For the GOX supply a panel is needed to reduce the supply pressure and to install a buffer (10 l) for the GOX. The panel has a drain to outside atmosphere. Afterwards it is routed from the test cell through a flange into the vacuum chamber and to the GH2 / GOX burners at the adapter.
