Der AG, eine Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts, führt die Errichtung eines Ausbildungscampus EG+1.OG auf einem Grundstück des Klinikums Landsberg mit rd. 765 m² Nutzfläche durch. Die Planung sieht eine Gesamtnutzfläche von rd. 765 m² vor. Davon sind voraussichtlich rd. 577 m² Nutzfläche förderfähig. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat der AG die Zuwendung von Fördermitteln beantragt.
