Description
Das Gesamtareal umfasst eine Fläche von rund 20'560 m2. Das Raumprogramm beinhaltet rund 18'200 m2 Nutzfläche resp. rund 29'000 m2 Geschossfläche. Folgende Leistungen werden erwartet: Beratung, technische Planung und Erstellung der Konstruktion in Holzbau ab Betondecke über Untergeschoss im Bereich Bestand sowie für den Neubau: es sind die Gewerke Holzbau (Tragwerk), vorfabrizierte Holz-Beton-Verbunddecken (Aufstockung und Neubau), Aussenwände und der gesamte äussere Wandaufbau (Aussenhülle), sämtliche Fenster in Holz-Metall (inkl. Fensterbank), der äussere Sonnenschutz sowie die Blitzschutzarbeiten inklusive der Unterkonstruktionen für die PV-Module an der Fassade durch den Unternehmer zu erbringen.
