Description

Le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale de la Ville de Nîmes a développé un service de téléassistance en direction des personnes âgées et/ou handicapées et isolées depuis plusieurs années. Au 31 décembre 2023, 650 transmetteurs propriété du prestataire actuel sont installés au domicile des personnes. Le C.C.A.S. a en charge la constitution des dossiers de demandes, de la signature des contrats et de la facturation. Le titulaire fournira à la demande du CCAS des plaquettes de présentation pour les abonnés et futurs abonnés du service de téléassistance.
