Description
Le présent accord-cadre concerne la réalisation de prestations de mise à disposition de matériel de collecte, de collecte de déchets d'activité économique non dangereux (DAE), de transport et traitement de ces déchets, issus de la plateforme logistique de l'AP-HM. Le contrat est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande (sur la base du BPU) avec montant maximum en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum est défini par période : - Période n°1 : 540 000,00 euro(s)- Période n°2 : 520 000,00 euro(s)- Période n°3 : 520 000,00 euro(s)- Période n°4 : 500 000,00 euro(s) Le montant estimatif est indicatif et comprend la totalité des périodes de reconduction
