La présente consultation porte sur la gestion de l'aire d'accueil des gens du voyage et de l'aire de grand passage de la Communauté d'Agglomération Fécamp Caux Littoral situées sur la commune de Fécamp (Chemin Robert Thiebault). Elle comprend notamment les missions d'accueil des gens du voyage, de gestion administrative et financière des aires, le suivi quotidien de l'occupation des emplacements, la réalisation d'un reporting auprès de la collectivité, l'entretien- maintenance des aires ainsi que la gestion des relations avec les usagers et la prévention des conflits
