Le présent marché concerne l'exploitation de la station de transfert de déchets non dangereux de Saint-Etienne-sur-Chalaronne (01) pour une quantité estimée entre 4 000 et 4 500 tonnes. La station de transfert est destinée à transporter une partie des ordures ménagères du SMIDOM de Thoissey vers l'usine de valorisation énergétique de Villefranche-sur-Saône principalement (pour un tonnage de 3 500 t à 4 000 t.)
