Die RivaCare AG sucht eine erfahrene, innovative und engagierte Gesamtleisterin, welche die Optimierung, Planung und Realisierung des Neubaus Alterszentrum Walenstadt übernimmt. Realisiert wird ein Alterszentrum mit folgendem Raumprogramm (nicht abschliessend): - 63 Pflegeplätze - 1 Demenzabteilung mit 12 Plätzen und separatem Aussenraum - 27 Alterswohnungen - Untergeschoss mit Nebenräume und Einstellhalle - Gastrobereich mit Selbstbedienung und Küche im EG - Betriebsräume, Büroräume, Pedicure & Coiffeur im EG - Umgebung mit Erschliessung, PP, Demenzgarten - etc.
