Description
Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet das Errichten, Vorhalten, Umbauen und Abbauen von Gerüsten für einem Neubau mit Tagesklinik, Psychiatrischer Institutsambulanz sowie 2 Sektorstationen mit 3 Vollgeschossen und einer Teilunterkellerung. Der Neubau hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 49,50 x 40,35 m im Erdgeschoss, 38,00 x 42,60m in den beiden Obergeschossen, sowie eine Attikahöhe des Hauptdaches von 11,70 m über OK Gelände. Die Gerüste werden für die Gewerke WDVS, Klinkerfassade, Abdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten, und Fenster/Pfosten-Riegel benötigt. Massen: Insgesamt ca. 2.990m² Fassadengerüste ca. 1.025m³ Raumgerüste ca. 145m³ Raumgerüst als Absetzbühne mit seitlicher 2-läufiger Bautreppe und Baustellenaufzug
