Description
Levering van gereedschappen en toebehoren. De omvang van de opdracht, gebaseerd op historische gegevens, bedraagt op jaarbasis ongeveer € 100.000,- exclusief BTW. Op basis van een raamovereenkomst van 4 jaar, inclusief mogelijke verlengingen komt dit neer op een totale contractwaarde van € 400.000,- exclusief BTW. Er is een zekere mate van onzekerheid tot de levering van gereedschappen en toebehoren de komende jaren. De te sluiten overeenkomst moet worden gekwalificeerd als raamovereenkomst in de zin van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. Om die reden zal deze worden gesloten voor een maximale waarde van 130% van de geraamde opdrachtwaarde, € 520.000,-, om te voorkomen dat de geraamde waarde wordt overschreden voordat de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst is verstreken.
