Los 1: Beschafft werden zwei hochsensitive Massenspektrometer für quantitative Proteomik im Hochdurchsatz, welche technologisch auf dem neuesten Stand sind (state-of-the-art). Das Gerät A muss die höchstmögliche Sensitivität aufweisen, um damit auch single cell proteomics workflows realisieren zu können. Gerät B muss sehr sensitiv sein, und technologisch auf dem neuesten Stand sein, siehe Leistungsverzeichnis. Los 2: Beschafft wird eine Nano - HPLC zur Vortrennung der Proben für quantitative Proteomik im Hochdurchsatz. Das Gerät muss für den single-cell proteomics workflow optimiert und technologisch auf dem neuesten Stand sein (state-of-the-art). Los 3: Beschafft wird eine Nano - HPLC zur Vortrennung der Proben für quantitative Proteomik mit maximal variablen Drücken, Flussraten und Gradientenlängen. Das Gerät muss technologisch auf dem neuesten Stand (state-of-the-art) und auch für geringe Probenmengen verwendbar sein.
