Description
Middels deze vrijwillige aankondiging vooraf wil Waterschap Rijn en IJssel (hierna: WRIJ) marktpartijen op de hoogte brengen van het voornemen bovenstaande opdracht voor de winning van stikstof te gunnen aan Nijhuis Saur Industries. WRIJ heeft gekozen deze aankondiging toe te passen op grond van artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub b. De kennis benodigd voor deze opdracht is vastgelegd in een patent. Graag verwijzen we u naar bijbehorend document met de toelichting. Gelet op het voorgaande is WRIJ voornemens de opdracht voor de winning van stikstof te gunnen aan Nijhuis Saur Industries. Indien u bezwaar heeft tegen dit voornemen, dient u binnen een termijn van 20 kalenderdagen na deze mededeling een kort geding aanhangig te maken bij de rechtbank Gelderland op straffe van verval van het recht om op een later moment nog op te komen tegen de opdrachtverstrekking aan Nijhuis Saur Industries.
