Description
Formålet med projektet er at genopføre svømmehallen efter nedbrænding. Der er et stort behov for faciliteterne i Aalborg Kommune, hvorfor projektet har stort politisk bevågenhed, ikke mindst på tid og budget. AaK Bygninger har derfor besluttet at indgå samarbejde med en totalrådgiver til projektering, gennemførelse af udbud til entreprenør samt byggeledelse. Bygningen skal genopføres til fuld funktion som svømmehal med tilhørende om-klædningsfaciliteter. I tilknytning hertil reetableres de nødvendige fællesarealer samt service- og teknikarealer.
