Description
HUS asked for tenders for genetical analysis of embryo samples in PGT-cycles. The embryo samples (TE samples) will consist of at least five trophoectoderm cells biopsied from in vitro cultured embryos on day 5 to day 7. The analysis included in the call for tenders and their estimated amounts were PGT-M (about 90 cycles/year), PGT-SR (about 20-25 cycles/year), PGT-A (about 30 cycles/year) and medical sexing (1-2 cycles/year). For PGT-M, pretesting/workup is made for about 80 families a year. The announced quantities to be procured are estimates, and the procurement entity does not commit to any specific procurement quantity.
