Description
Das Stadion des TSV Hartberg entspricht ab der Saison 2025/26 nicht mehr den lizenzrelevanten Vorgaben der österreichischen Fußball-Bundesliga. Ziel des Verfahrens war die Findung eines Totalunternehmers, der die dazu notwendigen Bauleistungen sowie Planungsleistungen ab Ausführungsplanung durchführt. Ein Verhandlungsverfahren wurde gewählt um die funktional und wirtschaftlich beste Lösung und die effizienteste Ablaufplanung in einem sehr ambitionierten Zeitplan zu erreichen.
