Nørresundby Boligselskab, afd. 82, afd. 83 samt Aalborg Kommune, Senior og Omsorg som bygherrer. Projektet udbydes samlet i totalentreprise, dette både af hensyn til at minimere risici samt for at fjerne grænsefladerne i projektet. Endvidere sikres det, at der opnås et samlet udtryk i bebyggelsen ved at have samme totalentreprenør på det samlede projekt.
