Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrages ist die schlüsselfertige Errichtung des 1. Bauabschnitts des neuen Klinikgebäudes Centrum für Familiengesundheit "CEAFM" inkl. seiner Außenanlagen auf Basis der vorgegebenen Entwurfsplanung und der funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung (FLB) mit Leitdetails, wobei der AN nicht nur mit sämtlichen Ausführungsleistungen, sondern auch mit allen erforderlichen Planungsleistungen, beginnend mit der Ausführungsplanung, beauftragt wird.
