Im Rahmen der Generalsanierung des Landratsamtes in Cham – BA1 wird die komplette Elektroinstallation im Stark- und Schwachstrombereich erneuert. Geplant ist die Ausstattung des Gebäudes mit einer neuen NSHV mit AV und SV-Teil. Das Gebäude bekommt eine Übergreifende Steuerung und Überwachung für die gesamte Gebäudetechnik (Sonnenschutz, Beleuchtung, Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Kälte, Lastmanagment usw.)
