Description

Das Bauvorhaben erstreckt sich auf das in den Jahren 1855/56 (Bauteil B) und 1878 (Bauteil A) errichtete Schulgebäude. Das Eingangsportal des Schulhauses steht unter Denkmalschutz. Die Generalsanierung wird in zwei Bauabschnitten (BA) umgesetzt. Im ersten Bauabschnitt (I. BA) wurde das Bauteil A saniert. Im zweiten Bauabschnitt (II. BA) wird das Bauteil B saniert. Bei den Putzarbeiten erhält der Gebäudeteil für Bauteil B einen neuen Außen- und Innenputz.
