Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Generalplanungsleistungen für den Standort Marburg für das Projekt: Nr. 1.3 "Neubau Erwachsenenpsychiatrie". Einzelne Teilleistungen der Gebäudeplanung für das Bauvorhaben gemäß den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 sind bereits erbracht worden. Benötigt werden darauf aufbauende Leistungen, die sich grob an den HOAI-Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9 (Gebäudeplanung) bzw. 1 bis 9 (sonstige Planung) orientieren, aber im Einzelnen konkret beschrieben sind.
