Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen nach HOAI Honorarzone III für die Kostengruppe 200-600 für die Leistungsphasen 1-9 für Gebäude, inkl. HSK und Elektro, Außenanlage sowie Brandschutz, Schallschutz, Wärmeschutz, Statik, Baugrund, verkehrliche Erschließung, sowie Ausstattung (feste Einbauten KG600) nach Wunsch des Betreibers. Als Baustart wird Q3 2027 avisiert, Fertigstellung Q3 2029. Planungsstart ist Q4 2025, Abgabe der Unterlagen zur Baugenehmigung Q4 2026.
