Description
Die FBB wird für das Projekt Expressfrachtareal die erforderliche Fläche baureif herrichten. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Planungs- und Bauüberwachungsleistungen für den Rückbau der Bestandsinfrastrukturen sowie des großräumigen Erdbaus als Baufeldvorbereitung. Ferner soll die Verkehrsanbindung des Expressfrachtareals an die Jürgen-Schumann-Allee geplant werden. Das Projekt umfasst auch Leistungen für die temporäre Errichtung von Baustraßen, Zäunen und Provisorien. Aktive Medien, welche im Flächenareal der Expressfracht liegen, müssen umverlegt werdem. Inaktive Bestandsleitungen sind durch die Baufeldfreimachung zu entfernen.
