Description

Elia is looking for a general contractor to build its new Service Center in Kruisem in the industrial zone De Prijkels . The building includes office spaces, a warehouse, a workshop and a container park. The mission starts from a basic fact of General Contractor$, for the different matters and tasks to be performed such as structural work, finishing and techniques as well as environmental construction and installation of fixed furniture. The works should be able to start in Q4 2024 and should be delivered at the latest by 15/10/2025.
