Gegenstand des Bieterverfahrens ist die Bestellung eines Erbbaurechts an dem Grundstück, Hauptstraße 35A, 64668 Rimbach-Zotzenbach (Blatt 625, Grundbuch von Zotzenbach, lfd. Nr. 938, Flur 5, Flst-Nr. 5/1) im Eigentum der Gemeinde Rimbach. Es handelt sich um eine Fläche von 5344 m². Das Erbbaurecht wird für eine Laufzeit von 27 Jahren (2 Jahre Bauzeit zzgl. 25 Jahre Betrieb der Kita) bestellt. Der jährliche Erbbauzins beträgt EUR 9.359,00 gemäß folgender Berechnung: Fläche des Erbbaugrundstücks 2674 m² x EUR 70,00 pro Quadratmeter x 5 % = EUR 9.359,00/Jahr
