Description
Gegenstand des Wettbewerbs ist die Planung eines städtebaulichen Entwurfs mit Wohngebäuden, den dazugehörigen Freianlagen und Stellplätzen für das gesamte Wettbewerbsgebiet (Ideenteil und Realisierungsteil) und die Planung von Wohngebäuden gemäß dem Kommunalen Wohnraumförderungsprogramm (KommWFP) in Anlehnung an die aktuellen Wohnraumförderbestimmungen (WFB) mit Erhalt und Umbau/Erweiterung des Pfarrhofes, der zugehörigen Freianlagen und der erforderlichen Stellplätze für den Realisierungsteil.
