Description
Er is behoefte aan gemeentelijke informatiepagina’s in een lokaal verspreid huis-aan-huisblad voor communicatieve doeleinden waar de enige lokale krant Almere Deze Week aan voldoet. Vanuit Juridisch oogpunt zullen wij conform artikel 4.15 lid 2 onder a Aanbestedingswet 2012 de gegunde opdracht publiceren en de overeenkomst pas definitief sluiten na tenminste 30 dagen na publicatie middels bovenstaande procedure. Dit maakt het mogelijk dat als er alsnog en ondanks ons onderzoek gegadigden voor de opdracht zijn, deze hun belangstelling alsnog kenbaar kunnen maken door zich op vernietiging te beroepen.
