Description
De Aanbestedende dienst wenst voor de accountantscontrole van boekjaar 2027 tot en met 2029 met een eenzijdige optie tot verlenging voor de gemeente van 2 maal 2 jaar, dat wil zeggen de accountantscontrole voor 1) boekjaar 2030 en 2031 en 2) boekjaar 2032 en 2033, een Overeenkomst af te sluiten met één (1) professionele en betrouwbare Ondernemer ten behoeve van de uitvoering van de Dienst. De accountantscontrole omvat in ieder geval: • Controle op de jaarrekening inclusief SiSa bijlage; • Interim controle; • Advieswerkzaamheden in het kader van de natuurlijke adviesfunctie; • Rapportages en besprekingen die in het kader van voorgaande punten nodig zijn. -
