Description
Jurist Omgevingsrecht Als Jurist Omgevingsrecht binnen de gemeente Harderwijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor de juridische kwaliteitsborging binnen het fysieke domein. Je adviseert zelfstandig over complexe omgevingsrechtelijke vraagstukken en begeleidt handhavingstrajecten (VTH). Daarnaast behandel je bezwaar- en beroepschriften over omgevingsvergunningen en adviseer je de organisatie en het college over diverse vraagstukken op het gebied van het Omgevingsrecht. Je stelt zelfstandig (handhavings)besluiten op en vertegenwoordigt het bestuursorgaan bij de Commissie Bezwaarschriften en in rechte (rechtbank en Raad van State). Je bent de sparringpartner voor toezichthouders, omgevingscoaches, beleidsmedewerkers en het bestuur.
