Binnen het team van handhavingsjuristen is een tijdelijke inhuurbehoefte wegens zwangerschapsverlof. De invulling van de opdracht ziet er als volgt uit: Behandeling Handhavingszaken: Afhandeling van handhavingszaken op het gebied van onder andere gebruik van gronden die in strijd zijn met het Omgevingsplan/Omgevingswet , illegale bouw, APV en Alcoholwet. Je behandelt handhavingstrajecten (juridische handhavingsprocedures) Juridisch Advies: Opstellen van juridische adviezen. Bezwaar & Vertegenwoordiging: Behandeling van bezwaarschriften en vertegenwoordigt de gemeente tijdens hoorzittingen. Kwaliteitscontrole: je verricht waar nodig de Juridische kwaliteitscontrole over alle voorkomende werkzaamheden.
