Description
Provincie Zeeland wenst een Geïntegreerd Financieel en Inkoopsysteem aan te schaffen dat wordt geleverd op basis van SaaS (Software as a Service). De inhoud van de opdracht bestaat uit het leveren, implementeren en onderhouden van dit geïntegreerde systeem voor het voeren van de gehele financiële en inkoop administratie van Provincie Zeeland Inclusief koppelingen. Doel is een toekomstbestendige oplossing die kostenefficiënt is en Provincie Zeeland ondersteunt in haar doelstellingen voor efficiënt financieel beheer. Provincie Zeeland is voornemens een overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer af te sluiten voor het implementeren, hosten, beheren, onderhouden, doorontwikkelen en voorzien van updates van een Geïntegreerd Financieel en Inkoop Systeem inclusief koppelingen zoals gespecificeerd in de bijlagen. Daarmee wordt de functionaliteit van het Financieel Systeem (Unit4Financials) én het Inkoopsysteem (Proactis) vervangen door een geïntegreerde oplossing. In de aanbestedingsdocumenten zijn kengetallen opgenomen welke de omvang weergeven.
