De Provincie Zeeland is voornemens een Europese aanbesteding voor een Geïntegreerd Financieel en Inkoop Systeem te publiceren. In december 2024 heeft een informele marktverkenning plaatsgevonden. Naar aanleiding van deze marktverkenning en ter voorbereiding op de aanbesteding heeft de Provincie Zeeland een aantal vragen voor de markt die zij wenst te stellen middels deze marktconsultatie. In de huidige situatie zijn er 667 gebruikers geregistreerd in het financieel systeem.
