Description
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung (Dienstleistungskonzession) ist die Vergabe von Zuwendungsmitteln zur Schließung der Wirtschaftlichkeitslücke eines privatwirtschaftlichen Betreibers öffentlicher Telekommunikationsnetze für die Errichtung und den Betrieb einer nachhaltigen und hochleistungsfähigen Telekommunikationsnetzinfrastruktur (Gigabit-Netz) im Sinne von Nr. 3.1. der Gigabit-Richtlinie des Bundes (Gigabit-RL 2.0 vom 30.04.2024).
