Description

In het kader van de groeifonds subsidie Quantum Delta NL investeert het AMOLF Nano Lab Amsterdam in nieuwe infrastructuur voor nano fabricage en nano karakterisatie. Onderdeel van deze investering binnen de tweede fase van het investeringsprogramma is de aanschaf van een Gefocusseerde ionenbundel scanning-elektronenmicroscoop voor het AMOLF Nano Lab. €1.705.180
