Description

De opdracht handelt over vernieuwbouw appartementen in het projectgebied De Leunen in Geel. Dit deelproject (fase 4-6-8) betreft - de sloop van 4 rijen woningen, 31 stuks in totaal; - de nieuwbouw van 2 types bouwblok (1 met een straatgevel, 1 langsheen een centraal woonerf) per fase. Er worden in totaal 24 appartementen type 2/3, 12 appartementen 1/2 en 36 appartementen type 3/4 voorzien. In totaal zullen er dus 72 nieuwbouwappartementen gebouwd worden. In de fases 6 en 8 worden alle appartementen gesloopt, en fases 6 en 8 gebouwd. De herhalingsopdracht is fase 4, het bouwen van 24 appartementen.
