Description
Gemeente Tilburg nodigt marktpartijen uit voor een marktconsultatie over de toekomstige Gebieds Onderhouds Contracten (GOC) 2028+ voor de gebieden Reeshof en Bedrijventerreinen. De marktconsultatie maakt onderdeel uit van de voorbereiding van een Europese aanbesteding die naar verwachting in het eerste kwartaal van 2027 wordt gepubliceerd. Het contract betreft het beheer en onderhoud van de openbare ruimte in de gebieden Reeshof en Bedrijventerreinen van de gemeente Tilburg. De opdracht wordt naar verwachting verdeeld in twee percelen en omvat onder meer groenonderhoud, reiniging, verkeersvoorzieningen en klein civiel onderhoud. Beoogde contractduur: 4+4 jaar.
